Day 4 of Gettin’ Fit (Tues, Jan 10)
- Treadmill - 36 minutes (300 cals burned)
- Cross trainer - 26 minutes (300 cals burned
= 600 calories burned in total.
Yesterday (Wednesday) was my off day, so I didn’t do a thing! Haha :)
Monday, January 9 - Day 3 of Gettin’ Fit
- Jillian Michaels’ 6 Week 6 Pack DVD {35 minutes}
I didn’t spend as much time as I initially wanted to {on working out} yesterday. However, I did pick up Jillian Michaels’ 6 Week 6 Pack DVD. Boyyy oh boyy, it does give you a great workout! I was sweating and groaning near the end and all night my abs were hurting (not to mention hurting a little from Sunday’s 30 Day Shred x 2!).
Stay tuned for today’s workout. Soon heading off to the gym for some cardio :)
